The way we price all of our services is by first sending an estimate that ballparks what we would most likely charge, based on the details and photos you provide to us. If you are amenable to our initial estimate and any suggestions we provide you for the best service possible, we would then move forward with booking a time to either drop off, pick up, or start the mail-in process to get your timepiece to our workshop. Once we are able to look over your watch or clock in person, we will then send you our final price quote. Only after your approval will we proceed. Payment for most projects are due upon pickup or delivery of your project, although we seldom do require a parts & materials down payment for projects in need of extensive materials or numerous parts to be ordered. All submissions will receive an initial estimate within 24 hours.
