Now Accepting Mail-In Repair & Restoration Orders!

The process of sending in your watch or clock in for repair would look like the following:

 - First fill out the estimate form on the Free Estimate page.

- After we have spoken and your initial estimate was given, I will provide you with the address to send your timepiece to. Please be sure to box and pack it the way you would like it to be packaged if your timepiece was being sent to you (that is to say, with love and care!).

 - When posting shipment to whichever provider you choose, please be sure to buy the correct amount of shipping insurance that corresponds with the value of the item you are shipping, as Abstrakt Time Works is not liable for anything that happens during the shipping process.

 - Once your package arrives at our workshop safely, we will give it a close inspection and take pictures of the condition we receive it in for both of our records, and will provide you with the final quote. We will also provide you with documentation of our receipt of your item into our workshop. We do not start any work until all is approved by the customer.

- We currently have a turn-around time of two weeks for normal repairs (not including the time it would take to ship here and back). for more involved repairs and restorations that number will most likely change, and you will be informed beforehand if that is the case. During that time you will receive updates on the progress of your repair until it is finished.

 - You will be notified as soon as work is complete on your item, at which time a payment invoice will be sent. Full payment is required before your timepiece will be shipped back to you, no exceptions.

 - We will always ship back your timepiece safely, packaged properly, and with shipping insurance coverage corresponding to its value.
