PAST PROJECT PORTFOLIO
These are just a few examples of the long list of work I've done.

Waltham Model 1908
This pocket watch is a family heirloom, passed down to the customer from his grandfather.

Enamel Dial
The enamel dial has a tiny hairline crack on its face, but is easily cleaned to become almost unnoticable.

Back Cover Off
Displaying its goodies.

Train of Wheels

Train Bridge Off

Train Bridge On
And its wheels back in place and jewels lubed.

Under Dial
Keyless works are displayed.

On the Jacot Lathe
The Jacot tool helps to put a burnish and high polish back onto wheel pivots.

Under the Microscope
It's best to look at the jewels under a microscope to check for tiny cracks, and also to monitor your lubrication closely.

On the Timegrapher
This pocket watch's hairspring had a nasty tangle that made the initial reading all over the place.

A Beautiful Dutch Warmink Wall Clock

Back Cover Off
And very dusty and dirty. This one hasn't been touched since it was made in the mid 80's!

Worn Pivot Holes
The pivots holes on the front plate are quite worn and need rebushing.

And More Worn Pivot Holes!
These pivot holes on the back plate are exceptionally worn, just look at those oval holes! This one's in desperate need of rebushing.

Another One Bites the Dust
Please remember to get your clocks cleaned and lubricated every 5-10 years to prevent build up like this! Not only does it keep it clean and running well, but it prevents wear and tear on the components!

All Clean and Adjusted!
A clean and oiled clock is a happy clock!

ST1903 Chronograph Movement
A beautiful ST1903 in for a service and adjustment, has a vintage style column wheel and lateral clutch, quite unlike the newer vertical clutch mechanisms you see today.

Dial Off
And in a Protective case to avoid scratches.

Taken Apart
And organized.

Organized Parts
Ready for the cleaning machine!

Reassmbly
Requires careful lubrication and adjustment.

All Set
And ready to go!

On Wrist
And working perfectly.

Common Cuckoo Clock
We get many, MANY of these cuckoo clock in, or ones very similar. Lots of moving parts mean lots of opportunities to get messed up, and boy do they with these!

Back Cover Off
Here are the inner workings of common cuckoo clocks.

Dirty Bird

Now a Clean Bird!

Rebushings Galore
This one needed many rebushings.

Sideview

Rusty Pinions
Clock wheels and pinions can get corroded over time, especially with these cuckoo clocks made in the early 70's.

Pinion Polishing
Corroded pinions dont stand a chance against diamond past and pegwood!
